IL FORNAIO Ltd was founded in London by Sebastiano Varchione, a dedicated baker driven by a lifelong passion for crafting exceptional bread. Born and raised in Italy, Sebastiano grew up immersed in the rich traditions of authentic Italian baking. From an early age, he learned the artistry of kneading dough and creating flavourful, wholesome breads inspired by centuries-old techniques.
